Install an Akamas Workstation

The Akamas CLI allows users to invoke commands against the Akamas dedicated machine (Akamas Server). The Akamas CLI can also be installed on a different system (Akamas Workstation) than the Akamas Server. One or more Akamas Workstations can be installed.

Prerequisites

Both Linux and Windows operating systems (64 bit systems) are supported for installing Akamas CLI.

When installing an Akamas Workstation, credentials to access the Akamas server are required to install the Akamas CLI.

Installation steps

Installing an Akamas Workstation involves the same steps required to install the Akamas CLI on the Akamas Server:

1. Setup the Akamas CLI

2. Verify the Akamas CLI

3. Initialize the Akamas CLI
